Can I rent my property in Tetherow?

How do I replace my gate remote or pool fob?
Gate remotes, gate codes, pool fobs, and mailbox keys are issued by the TOA management team. Please email admin@tetherowowner.com to request a replacement.
My gate remote, pool fob or gate code is not working. What could be wrong?
Please ensure the batteries in your remote are functional; if the red light isn't illuminated, replace the battery. When entering gate codes, remember to press the # sign before inputting your four-digit code. For pool access, swipe your fob at the entrance gates (note: the light won't turn green, but the gate will open after swiping). How do my guests enter the community?
Guests can access the community by referencing the directory at the gate station. The directory is organized by last name. Once the owner is selected (by pressing CALL) the owner will receive a phone call to whatever number was provided to the management team for this
feature. Owners then press 9 and the gate will open. To update directory information please email the TOA office at arc@tetherowowners.com or call 541-647-6284.
If I'm having an event at my home is there a special gate code for this?
If you're hosting an event, please contact the TOA office three to four days beforehand. This allows us to create a temporary gate code for your guests to use during the event. Kindly email arc@tetherowowners.com with your request, specifying the date and time of your event.
What hours are the gates open for construction?
Currently, construction hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (no construction on Sundays).
